National Safeguarding Practice Review Panel
The CSA Centre was recently commissioned by the National Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel to undertake a ‘case’ review linked to children who had been sexually abused within a familial setting. As part of their approach, the CSA Centre set up a Lived-Experience-Forum, comprising adult survivors. Our Founder, Gillian Finch, was one of the forum members. It is impactful and reveals that which we know already, that children sexually abused within their own homes, face additional barriers to receiving the help they need.
